I'll be at Furloween in Orlando. First furry meeting outside fo a few local friends. *glee*
Hopfully I tied up all loose ends with commissions, auctions, and email for the moment. If not, please forgive me, and I'll be back Sunday to clean up whatever I missed.
I did a bunch of con badges for my buddies going, hope they like them! |

Ick. Not the way I wanted to start my day yesterday. My laptop harddive fried. I ended up having to buy Windows XP and a new driver. Installed everything, with only two problems.
I'm now $111.19 in the hole, and two, the network controller driver isn't taking. No wireless, but the LAN works fine.
So, keeping the old drive in hopes that maybe I can still snag some of the art and music off of it. Not getting my hopes up, but some online searching has me thinking that 'Unmountable Boot Volume' doesn't = 'all data gone'. |

I've been on a complete art high lately. 30 some sketches ready to be inked and colored. Phew, I can't believe how inspired I've been, Fchan and the new FAP being some awesome help with random ideas for critters and topics. |

Somethings I have learned from Pounced.org:
A lot of the Furry fandom is Gay, or Bisexual.
A lot of the furry fandom is overweight.
The ratio of males to females is terribly unbalanced.
Being an inshape straight female, has led me to some interesting attacks from over excited males on that site. While I have met, and talked to a ton of nice, and well adjusted human beings, I also get the distinct flavor from some of "OMG vaguely atractive, single female fur who does adult art. MUST MARRY"
I like the socially adjusted furs better thanks. Not that I have anything against the overweight bisexual furs either. ;) |

Haven't been up to much, busy with life. Sort of feeling like my social life has died a little on the inside.
A little of new art, been playing with Tria markers. <3
Also, started using Guppy's Oekaki. I love that too.
Been thinking about doing commissions, I could use a little extra buckage to cover monthly food, but I also like the challange. I've never really done commission work before, what do people find to be fair prices for adult work? |

I picked up some hanging badges to do con badge commissions. That should be fun. |

Been puttering around a bit. No new art to speak of. I have, however started a little planning for a partial fur suit (head, hands, possibly feet and tail) for fun. A griffon, dragon, dog hybrid to cover all my favorite animals.
Nothing much else to report. I've run short of ideas for things to draw at the moment. *mrrr* |

Been talking to a few people, and it seems I'm possibly going to be at Furry Weekend Atlanta this year. A little far off to even bother mentioning, but what the heck.
I'd want to try out the artist thing at the con, but also plan to do a bunch of just roaming to see what furry cons are really all about. Never been to one before!
This of course, also gives me an excuse to waste money to make a costume. :D
